Large-Interlock Mid-Range Incubator

The Concept 500 is expertly engineered for mid-range workloads, offering a 210.3L working volume for optimal handling of mid-sized workloads. This incubator features a larger interlock for easy sample handling and provides precise control over oxygen levels, humidity, and temperature, enabling effective cultivation of microorganisms in both anaerobic and microaerophilic environments.

Equipped with internal HEPA filtration (ISO class 4), the Concept 500 ensures a particle-free workspace. Real-time monitoring is facilitated by an optical sensor, and environmental conditions are displayed clearly on a digital, color-coded screen. The unit features precise temperature control up to 45°C in 0.1°C increments and a rapid interlock cycle, achieving 0% oxygen in 60-90 seconds. The hygienic, seamless surface is achieved through rotational molding, and access to the workspace is streamlined with the Ezee Sleeve™ system and the Single-Plate Entry System (SPES™). A removable Pop-Off™ front screen allows for easy introduction of large items while maintaining atmospheric conditions. The Concept 500 can be adapted to specific needs with various extensions, including additional benches for dual setups.
