The LowRider PR-SUB family is a versatile and scalable collection of Perfusion-Ready-SUBs designed for efficient cultivation of mammalian cells. These bioreactors excel in both suspension and attached cell growth, supporting high cell density cultures for extended periods, reaching weeks of continuous operation. The innovative design allows seamless integration with a wide range of Process-Control-Systems (PCS) that utilize centrifugal or diaphragm pumps.
Each PR-SUB comes pre-assembled with Single-Use-Sensors (SUS) and aseptic connectors, facilitating easy setup and reducing complexities during installation. This user-friendly approach allows for quick adaptation to your existing in-house Hollow-Fiber-Filter (HFF) setup and enables you to use your preferred choice of pump. The LowRider PR-SUB family offers a diverse selection of product options to accommodate various volume requirements and specific application needs.
